みなさん、こんにちは。ここは女川のCAMASSからです。数日前に到着し、現在はトリガイ養殖プロジェクトのお手伝いをしています。
そして今日は、3.11から15年の節目の日でもあります。失われた多くの命を想い、改めて祈りを捧げる日です。同時に、この町が歩んできた復興の道のりを振り返る日でもあります。
今の女川のまちを見ていると、人々の努力や支え合いによってここまで歩んできたことを強く感じます。復興の歩みの中で続けられている取り組みや、新しい挑戦を見るたびに、この町の強さと未来への希望を感じます。
Greetings from CAMASS in Onagawa! I arrived a few days ago and have already started working with the Torigai Farming Project. Being here is truly meaningful, especially today as we mark the 15th anniversary of 3/11. It’s a day to remember the lives we lost, but also to reflect on the strength and resilience that helped this community rebuild.
Walking around Onagawa now, it’s inspiring to see how far the town has come. The recovery, the people, and the ongoing work—like the Torigai Farming Project—are powerful reminders that even after great loss, communities can grow, adapt, and move forward together.
